 First Technology came to us to create a web site that would compete on equal terms with two rival firms turning over £20 million and £30 million respectively. They had never developed an ecommerce enterprise of any type, and had a timescale for launch of less than six weeks.
We developed not only a simple and effective website (the budget was strictly limited for this), but also a highly efficient Google Adword campaign which aquired customers at a significantly lower price per visitor than the two rival firms. This gave WeSellAcer a strong competitive edge. In addition, we advised them on marketing strategies which significantly increased profitability (by a factor of four) over the standard business model initially proposed to us. |
