We developed RightsServer FTP© as a powerful, simply way of transfering digital dictation files from a client's dictation machine to a dictation agency and then automatically to offshore typists allocated by central administrators. When work is completed the typed up Word documents (and other files) are automatically sent back to the agency for checking and the agency can set the system to deliver the work to the client after a preset interval so work is always delivered on-time. RightsServer FTP© removes the need for email and allows the agency to scale up its operations hugely without requiring extra staff or extensive emailing.
