Sometime you PC or browser can 'get itself into a state' and not communicate the right data to the site. Other people may be able to get things to work correctly on their PCs, but you can't. This looks like a problem with the site but the problem really lies in your PC
We don't normally do support for your own desktop PC or for Microsoft's own desktop products (it is a different and endlessly complex specialization) but in this case - If you have installed any type of accelerator software and are getting
inconsistent results from your browser you will need to disable it.
- Then you can try clearing your browser cache, and cookies
- Microsoft tell you how to do this at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/using/howto/customizing/clearcache.mspxFor firefox
- For Firefox
- Clear all cookies. In Firefox " Options: "Privacy -> Cookies -> Clear Cookies Now" (Firefox 1.5 and earlier) or in "Privacy -> Show Cookies -> Remove all cookies" (Firefox 2.0). In Mozilla Suite preferences, under "Privacy & Security -> Cookies -> Cookie Manager".
- Clear the cache: In Firefox Options: "Privacy -> Cache -> Clear Cache Now" (Firefox 1.5 and earlier) or "Advanced -> Network -> Cache -> Clear now" (Firefox 2.0). In Mozilla Suite preferences, under "Advanced -> Cache -> Clear Cache".
- Then restart your computer.
