You decide how you want things to be

Each Client gets their your own dedicated ecommerce designer/developer working on the project full time. They work with you on a daily basis or on a more hands-off basis whichever you prefer - developing your site exactly as you want it - generally from a reputable open source system such as Zen Cart. You also get the services of a post graduate trained manager/analyst to keep everything on track and make sure that you alwaysd have the best advice.

We look after everything

When your site is up and running your ecommerce designer/developer will maintain the site for you, update products, add features, back up the site daily or weekly. If you wish they can improve your search engine ranking or manage your paid search campaigns more efficiently. For sites turning over more than a few hundred pounds a day and under ongoing improvement to keep ahead of the competition these task easily add up to a full time 9-5 job.

You retain control 100%

Our business model ensures that you maintain full control of your site and everything on it. Unlike other companies, hosting, domains and all services that you chose are contracted directly  to you in the most transparent way - so that if you should ever want to leave you can do so with no downtime or problems whatsoever.

If you like what you see and engage us.

• Your project  generally starts in 3-6 weeks.
  
• A simple site will take 3-6 weeks to get up and runnin - a more complex one, or one where we have to wait for data from you can take longer - perhaps 6-12 weeks.
• You pay on a monthly basis in advance. The monthly cost of a single programmer is £1997 paid monthly in advance. We advise a team of two for larger projects intending to turn over more than a thousand pounds per day sales within the next 6 months. Your fee covers four 35 hour days a weeks for each dedicated web-designer/developer and all their overheads development computers etc. If you want them to add third party extras like domain registration , netslink or visitorville analytics, AWeber email lists , adwordaccelerator paid ad analysis, Winner Alert, magnetic one modules or  hosting our web developer will advise on these and set them up for you but you pay for these separately without any additional overhead or fees.
  
• You have no obligation past the first month.
  

1. In general digital and software products will be delivered by digital download within 48 working hours of your order being placed.
2. Software services delivered on physical media will be dispatched within one working week of ordering.
3. Other physical products will be dispatched within 30 working days of ordering.
4. Items not as described or with flaws or manufacturing defects not described may be returned for a 100% refund if returned within 7 days of reciept.

The Lloyd's building is the home of the insurance institution Lloyd’s of London. It was designed by architect Richard Rogers and built over eight years from 1978 to 1986. Its focal point is the gigantic Underwriting Room on the ground floor, which houses the famous Lutine Bell. The Underwriting Room (often simply known as 'the Room') is overlooked by galleries, forming a 60-metre-high atrium lit naturally through a huge barrel-vaulted glass roof.

Our offices are located in the 4th floor of this impressive building. The Lloyd’s Building is situated in the heart of the finance district in the City of London. The Bank of England is only a 5-10 minute walk from the building which also overlooks the historical Leadenhall Market with its fashionable shops, wine bars and cafes.
