Every page, every web site, every revision needs to be tested meticulously. There is room in the world for crazy genius (which may fall flat on it's face) but not in what we deliver to client's.

DIY amateur webbies and back-room web designers may say a job will just take a few minutes, but the resulting errors can take a client's business down forever.

For this reason we have a 24 point checklist for all sites (called internally the "Moose Test"). This test is always applied before showing clients the site. and the current status of each part of the test unloaded to the project management system and relayed by email to the client.

2. All pages load correctly: layout, fonts and white spaces correct in Internet Explorer (most popular way of looking at web pages on the Internet)

14. Forms must return a result within 10 seconds or show a 'processing' page so that visitor knows that something is happening
